Because this is not insurance, you can use this program as often as needed and you have access to the personalized care you deserve all at low out-of-pocket costs. And, as a Coast to Coast Vision plan participant, you’ll save 10% to 60% on glasses, contacts, laser surgery, exams and even designer eyewear.

How It Works
- Call 800.800.7616 or find a list of participating providers in your area here. (Note: be sure to have your Member ID and Group ID, from the front of your membership card, before calling.)
- Present your membership card (with the Coast to Coast Vision logo) at participating locations to receive savings on your procedures and vision products.
- The total discounted fee must be paid at the time service in order to receive a discount.
- Access discounts on contact lenses through America’s Eyewear.

Why is eyecare important?
Besides helping to maintain sight, routine eye exams can detect a number of serious health conditions, such as glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetes. Eye exams for children can spot undiagnosed vision problems that can affect learning and development if left untreated.
Who is eligible to sign up an individual vision plan?
Because this is not insurance, all members1 are eligible to sign up for the Coast to Coast Vision program. Once a member2 is registered, the member’s spouse and all legal dependents (children up to the age of 26) are automatically included in this Vision Plan as well.

Is this benefit insurance?
No. This is a discount eyewear and eye care program. You will pay the discounted price at the time of the purchase. There are no reimbursements or paperwork to file.
Can I use this benefit if I already have vision insurance?
Depending on the type of insurance, the benefit may be utilized to reduce out of pocket expenses. For example, once the insurance benefit has been exhausted, you may use your discount to buy additional pairs of glasses or contacts.
Can I use the benefit at any retail location?
No. To receive a discount you must go to a provider in the Coast To Coast Vision network.
What is the Coast to Coast Vision member's ID number?
New Coast to Coast Vision members will receive a unique member ID number and a participant guide with instructions on how to use their benefit via email after registration.
What do I do when I get to the location to get my discount?
Be sure to show the participating provider your membership card with the Coast To Coast Vision logo at the time of purchase.
How do I get my eye doctor or optician in the Coast to Coast Vision network?
Call the number on the back of your membership card and provide the doctor’s name, address and phone number and Coast To Coast Vision will contact them about becoming a provider.
How can I be guaranteed the greatest savings on contact lenses?
The greatest savings and selection for contact lenses is offered through the mail order program. Replacement contact lenses are discounted at 10% to 40% below retail.

- Exclusive frame lines like Cartier, which contractually prohibits a retailer from discounting their products
- Marketing Promotions/Sales

- Disposable Contacts (Cole Vision Retail Stores offer a 10% discount on disposable contact lenses. Members may also purchase disposable contacts through the mail order service.)
