Overview
Why Do I Need Liability Coverage?
Whether you have a studio or work off-site, it’s important to protect your livelihood against unforeseen incidents such as claims of bodily injury, personal injury, and/or property damage. Even if the charges are false or fraudulent, the policy can provide first dollar coverage for legal defense and other court related costs.
In addition, many venues require photographers to provide their own liability insurance when working on site. When required, event hosts or venues can be added an Additional Insured on the policy at no additional cost.
What Coverage Is Available*?
- Limits of $1,000,000 for each occurrence and up to $2,000,000 of aggregate coverage. (A popular coverage amount. Higher limits can be requested.)
