Business Owners Package Policy Combines Property Coverage Plus General Liability Coverage

This policy provides property and general liability protection for your practice. Options include replacement cost for buildings and business personal property, theft, computer equipment/software, loss of business income and extra expense, tenant’s legal liability and umbrella limits.

By providing access to a few different companies, we are able to provide you the policy that best meets the needs of your practice.

• Business Liability – Protects the practice against financial loss resulting from claims of actual or alleged damage caused to others by you or your employees.
  • Premises: Injury to others that occurs at your place of business, not related to professional liability
  • Tenant Liability: Protects against claims of damages due to fire or other covered losses caused by you to the premises you rent
  • Hired and Non-Owned Auto – Use of hired or non-owned auto that results in bodily injury or property damage

• Building and Business Personal Property – Protects your building and furniture, fixtures, inventory, etc. and helps to repair or replace loss to the above.

• Business Income and Extra Expense – Reimburses actual loss of earnings up to 12 months due to a covered loss. Extra expenses to continue your practice at another location are covered.

• Employee Dishonesty – Protects you from embezzlement or theft by employees up to the limits in the policy.

• Computers and Media – Replaces your computer equipment and business records if they are destroyed by fire, theft, power surges and viruses, up to the limits of the policy.
